Out of Our Minds is a 45 year old radio show hosted every Wednesday night on KKUP Cupertino 91.5fm in the Bay Area and streaming live on KKUP.org. The show's producer and host is Rachelle Escamilla, aka Poetita.

Ayaz Pirani was born in Musoma, Tanzania to parents born in Kapsabet and Tanga. He grew up in Canada and studied Humanities and Writing at Glendon College in Toronto and Concordia University in Montreal. At Vermont College of Fine Arts, Ayaz was a student of the late Jack Myers. Happy You Are Here (The Word Works 2016) is his first book.
