As a young man, Forrest battled a life-threatening condition and emerged victorious, filled with a desire to help people fulfil their highest potential through the power of community and positivity. So began the story of The Consciousness Network 501(c)(3) non-profit — Forrest's brainchild.
Beginning with its inaugural event in early 2016, The Consciousness Network immediately attracted the public and the press, as people from all walks of life came to find life-affirming answers through its programs. Within six months, Mayor Helene Schneider and the Santa Barbara City Council issued a joint proclamation congratulating both Forrest and The Consciousness Network for the success of the organisation and its promotion of community and positivity.
Along the way, there has been an outpouring of support in the form of expert consultants, volunteers, and media coverage, creating a stage for some of the country's most influential and globally-recognised speakers and presenters, including: Jack Canfield, Gay Hendricks, Katie Hendricks, Dr. Dan Siegel, a collaboration with Deva Premal & Miten, and many more.
The Consciousness Network® focuses on improving spiritual, physical and environmental well-being through community organisation and award-winning programs that help bring true life improvement, healing, service, and transformation to the community. Its goal is to improve the community's awareness of and responses to the physical, spiritual and environmental issues facing society today.
