Before the UK National Lockdown, I had already been self-isolating as my wife had Coronavirus symptoms.
I essentially got to experience a period of self-isolation, before the blanket isolation came into force.
What did I learn?
Firstly, there are fundamental habits that you should be doing on a daily basis so that you can stay strong and sane through this crisis.
Secondly, the global measures have actually opened up some interesting opportunities that you should be making the most of during this time.
We can't change the current situation, so we have to learn to make the most of it.
