Sonya is a mum, problem solver, positive thinker, and in charge of her own destiny. She lost her dad at age 12, grew up on a council estate with a bad reputation, worked in a chip shop, egg factory and sold insurance before deciding to go to college to pursue a job in IT.
Sonya joined a start-up in 1998 as the first female engineer and ascended to leading transformation across Europe as part of a globally listed PLC.
