It was a pleasure to catch up with Premdevi (Founder of Kanti, Home of Yoga, Beauty and Holistic Therapys). We haven't seen her since her move from Nottinghamshire to Cornwall. In this episode, Prem tells us all about her spiritual path, living in Glastonbury and settling in Cornwall. We get to catch up and chat about Yoga, Ayurveda and lots of other spiritual topics.
