Ayurveda quantum physics is in the every day life in all of us, even if we do not realise. What frequencies we are aligned within, shifting frequencies happens moment to moment unconsciously and yet for many of you this is becoming a conscious awareness. It is incredibly empowering and exciting because the self realisation of just what is possible begins to ‘dawn’ on you.

Expansion is exciting, providing and opportunity to constantly grow, go beyond where you have been and literally know self mastery without the limitation of the individual ego.
