I can't blame you if you've never heard of Ayurveda. I certainly wasn't aware of it when our expert today approached me for the show.
Welcome to the Just Dumb Enough Podcast. A show that acknowledges no one is always an expert, by dispelling misconceptions with real experts.
My guest today is Ananta Ripa Ajmera. Ananta is here today to teach us things that humans have known for thousands of years. The problem is that we've been overwriting a lot of this old, hard earned knowledge with new trends and fads that don't actually serve to help us as much as they hurt us. I was quite surprised by a lot of what used to be considered common sense, which is never a good sign. And I'm guilty of doing quite a few of the bad things she points out.

Let's relearn old knowledge!
There are so many people on so many journeys out there, that it can be easy to sidetrack yourselves. I hope the advice in this episode helps someone to better find their footing and return to their own path.
In other news, May is just over halfway done and the rankings have mostly stabilized since last week:
1. The United States, now led by California, Oregon, and New York.
That's it for this week! Have a great week, a great weekend, and I'll see you all back here next week for another new episode!
