Tacha Fletcher is a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a formally trained Holistic Life Coach. Tacha is the Founder and Practice Director of Wellness Tree Counseling Services, LLC—a private practice located in Queens, N.Y. With over 10 years in the mental health field, Tacha founded Wellness Tree Counseling Services, LLC in order to continue providing holistic mental health and wellness services to culturally diverse communities including individual, couples, and group counseling. Tacha specializes in working with women of color and other ethnic groups to address a wide variety of mental health concerns with a focus on depression and anxiety related symptoms, childhood and adult traumas, life and relationship transitions. Outside of her clinical work, Tacha is an avid advocate for black mental health. Tacha serves as a board member for Josie’s Legacy Inc.—a nonprofit organization whose mission is to raise awareness on mental illness and foster healing in the Black Community. Though her Elevate Yourself! Workshop series, Tacha host workshops and events in local communities which focuses on self-care, self-awareness, and personal growth to encourage, empower, and elevate women of color.
