We discussed all things of how she overcame adversity, hardships and failure at such an early age. Nani opens up on how she was drug dealing at the age of 12 to losing her best friend in her arms to gun violence. Nani was on a path to self- destruction; overcoming the "victim mentality," she learned to channel her pain, used it to shift her mindset and changed the trajectory of her life.

Nani is an exceptional example of "turning her mess into her mission." She believes that your mess does not disqualify you.
