It's been a quiet end to the tropical season in the Atlantic. Subtropical storm Rebekah came and went and has been quiet the last couple of days. There is nothing forecasted to form in the next two days. Back at home, all eyes are on the incoming arctic air that will affect most of the country and will give the Northeast the first snowfall of the season.
