The Atlantic Hurricane Season doesn't officially start until June 1st, but that hasn't stopped an early season storm from forming. Tropical Storm Arthur is spinning his way up the eastern seaboard. Storms were scheduled to fire mid-week in the plains, but a less known phenomenon took shape Thursday morning over parts of the Oklahoma City Metro area.
