Do you want to start monetizing your blog?

Are you at the point in your blogging journey that you can start making a little money?

I talked to Cathy from Our Mini Family about this very topic and so many great ideas came out of it.

I can't wait for you to listen. We talked about knowing your blogging voice, media kits, knowing your audience and then we moved on to the money talk. We also mentioned some ways to get to know your audience by using Google Analytics and Clicky. You can see where your traffic is coming from and what age group you are appealing to.

We also talked about running ads on your blog with Google AdSense

as well as some other ad networks that you can work with to get campaigns.

Cathy also mentions making money doing product reviews. She suggests using Tomoson. We also wanted to be transparent and say that just because you are monetizing your blog doesn't mean it is a "Get rich" fast idea. It takes a lot of time and effort so we did not want to mislead anyone and I may or may not have gone off about passion. The passion for blogging no matter how many followers you have or how much money you make.

I have passion for blogging and passion to help other bloggers along the way. It is why I do what I do. You know it is more than a hobby when you can't go a day without thinking about your blog or doing it. Sharing with you is my passion and I know Cathy Feels the same way!
