alright soo the "Hot Girl '' herself Megan dropped her new single "Cobra '' today and bebyyy let's talk about it. Hearing this track made me think about the topic that's been coming up for the past 6 months.. "shadow work" and the transformative journey that is so necessary.

To be honest, I’ve been meaning to talk about my “miscarriage story” since 2020. I just couldn’t figure out how I wanted to approach this topic and most importantly my experience. It’s 12 in the morning, I decided to pick up the mic.

I've missed you guys! Join me in this episode as I recap these past few months to tell you where I've been and what I've been up too! I took a few months away from podcasting to reflect and figure out if I wanted to continue creating this content. I became doubtful and intentionally uncreative to protect and validate opinions of those who don't have my best interest at heart. So now I say F*** THEM! I'M BACK AND BETTER! I had to remember "Why I started" in the first place..I created this space for me to vulnerable and safe. REGARDLESS if it exposes my truth and the parties involved.
