The CPSC and the Konges Sløjd company are recalling the Silicone Baby Mirror Toy Bear Activity Toy.  The mirror embedded in this toy’s silicon cover may extrude exposing its sharp edges and creating a laceration hazard for young children.  About 85 of these bear activity toys were sold in the US and bout 18 were sold in Canada.  Immediately take this toy away from your kids and contact Konges Sløjd collect at 1-917-730-1075 or via email at [email protected] in order to arrange for a full refund.
