Nancy announces that she is pregnant (baby no. 3 is on its way! wooohoooo!) and shares that her psychic (who has NEVER been wrong) thinks its most probably a girl (75%!).  While Max is skeptical (of course he doesn’t believe that stuff), Nancy trusts her psychic because everything she predicted before actually happened.  Nancy reveals what the psychic told her and if she is ready for a baby girl (after two boys, a bit calmer energy would be a nice change)
