Rosie Timms volunteered in Admissions on our hospital ship in Guinea.  One evening she took a bottle of baby oil to the ward to give foot rubs.  A family member of one of the patients took the bottle of oil.  He started to rub it on the feet of a man who was sleeping with his feet sticking out over the end of the bed.
