I think we can all come to a collective agreement that we not only needed that finale, but deserved it. We have seen several recent seasons in the Bachelor franchise end in a relative crash landing, and with the tumult we'd already seen headed into tonight, it was fair to wonder whether this season was headed in a similar direction.
