This podcast was created to discuss Life’s hardships and to inspire and motivate my listeners to be the best version of themselves and live a more positive, more meaningful life. With the help of my guidance and shared personal experiences as a Wife, Mom, and College Student who battles with Anxiety Disorder, Depression and PTSD, I am confident my listeners will become stronger and more resilient that they may overcome any obstacles in their life.
