Back On Solid Ground With The Taurus New Moon

Listen Later

Springtime is a beautiful time, and it’s thanks to Taurus that makes it so.

Taurus finds joy in what’s already here, and in doing so, reminds the rest of us that we’ve been rushing past it.

In terms of reaching your goals, Taurus is a slow and smooth operator.

It’s about steady progress over a longer arc.

Now that Uranus is in Gemini, Taurus can finally exhale and relax.

And get back to being its stubborn, patient, and rooted self.

This New Moon is a big piece of that reset.

Think of it like getting back on solid ground after years of turbulence.

Alongside the New Moon, there are two factors that are active this Saturday that are pointing to the same thing:

Pain that’s ready to become power.

To work with it: spend some time in stillness. Meditation, a walk, journaling, and let these questions guide you:

* How can I weave more pleasure and presence into my daily life?

* What would the higher version of me be doing that I’m not? And what’s one of those things that I can start doing today?

* What do I need to feel genuinely grounded, safe, and empowered right now?

Write your intentions down. Putting words on paper is one of the most concrete rituals you can do for a New Moon. It moves something from feeling to commitment.

The final piece is locating where this New Moon falls in your own chart. The house it’s activating reveals which area of your life is receiving this reset.

Saturday’s New Moon in Taurus activates the following house for each rising sign:

* Taurus rising → 1st house: identity, appearance, and how you show up in the world

* Gemini rising → 12th house: solitude, the subconscious, dreams, and spiritual life

* Cancer rising → 11th house: friendships, groups, goals, and long-term aspirations

* Leo rising → 10th house: career, public reputation, and vocational purpose

* Virgo rising → 9th house: higher education, philosophy, travel, and belief systems

* Libra rising → 8th house: shared resources, deep transformation, and what you’re releasing

* Scorpio rising → 7th house: partnerships, marriage, and one-on-one relationships

* Sagittarius rising → 6th house: work, health, daily routines, and service

* Capricorn rising → 5th house: romance, creativity, children, and joy

* Aquarius rising → 4th house: home, family, roots, and inner security

* Pisces rising → 3rd house: communication, siblings, local community, and daily movement

* Aries rising → 2nd house: money, possessions, personal values, and skills

Once you’ve found your house, the question becomes: what would it look like for this area of life to finally get back to a healthy baseline? And what intention can you set this weekend to move toward that?

Although Saturday’s New Moon in Taurus brings up some inner demons and internalized wounds, this is one of the best new moons of the year for growth and transcending (or transmuting) those wounds into a power source for you, your development, and your happiness.

Plant something real with this rediscovered stabilization.
