Tom describes what it was like to be sent out to do his first door-knock and how he has found it learning the ropes at a busy newspaper.

Talking all things First Bust, after a climactic month of complaints has resulted in protests, petitions, and even an apology. We take a deep dive into the world of public transport to find out what is really going on and how journalism is helping bring about change.
