“I have somebody in my program who was traveling, sat in the car for a long time, was standing up at work, and her hips were really stiff and she was feeling really down. There’s a big piece of acknowledging someone’s feelings of course, and then helping them get through that and figure out how to move through and get through to the positive end of it. There’s a huge mental coaching capacity. The mindset is huge when recovering from an injury.” 19:53
