In this episode, Rhiana is joined by Sarah and Sianz to discuss the pool stages of RWC 2025, Wales' performance issues, and their highlights of the tournament so far. The three of them accidentally talked for three hours straight (oops), and so this is part 1 of a 2-3 part episode.

Very short episode this time – here's a ten minute overview of what Rugby World Cup 2025 will look like for Wales. Rhiana covers the squad, the pool draw, and the teamsheet for this weekend's match against Scotland. It gets a little derailed by the end, I was very tired.

Regular episodes should be back from next week onwards!
