As we've been working on the final edit of our upcoming book, we came across a section we devoted to the discussion of Mastery, and the important function all True Masters serve...that of teacher. Serendipitously, a good friend asked us to advise them about certain matters pertaining to fundamental principles and practices related to esotericism which will help in reconnecting with their Innermost Being. As in any endeavor, practice makes perfect. Part of what helps us achieve mastery in any endeavor is practicing the fundamentals over and over, for they are the foundation of the Work. That is why True Masters teach: it forces them to go back to basics, relearn what they already know, and repeat again and again, galvanizing, hardening, tempering, refining, strengthening, shoring up the foundations on which their mastery is based.
