We look at what it means to not skip over the first two steps in our forgiveness process, and go right to trying to be gentle with ourselves and have peace of mind. First we have to admit and let go of... how much we don't want peace or gentleness or Jesus in our lives. And to do that we need the Holy Spirit's help!
