1. Live Like Jesus; The Moral Test (Obedience)

·        Obedience is proof of relationship:  John 14:15-17

·        Temples of the Holy Spirit: 1 Cor. 6:19 

·        When you obey you are connected to God and Christ.  John 15:10

·        The Lord’s mindset is about Obedience: Phil 2:5-8

 
   

      2. Love Like Jesus; The Social Test

·        The old command: Lev 19:18

 

·        The new command: John 13:34

           Two consequences for those who hate…

            1) Stumbling: (skandalon) trigger stick/mouse trap.

            2)  Blindness:  Hate distorts our perspective.

·                   Look at the contrast:  Prov. 4:18,1
