Reiki, an ancient art and practice of healing through the hands, gives students not only a technique and an energy but also some important philosophical aphorisms to live by.  These are called the Principles of Reiki.  Students of Reiki are given these principles when they are first learning Reiki and asked to incorporate them into their daily lives.  Although they are simple in theory, in practice these principles may be a bit difficult to master.  In this episode we explore these principles and offer the listener a chance to understand Reiki from the nuances of these teachings.  Enjoy!
