Charlene talks with Brandon Dominguez, author of the new book Empowering Educators: A Comprehensive Guide to Fostering Student Success. Brandon is currently an instructor for West Coast University. He’s also long-time member of ACNL and a member of the Nurse Leadership Development committee, as well as a career coach for the California Nursing Student Association. Charlene and Brandon talk about his new book, strategies nurse leaders can implement to enhance their leadership skills, and how new nurses and nursing students can identify and mitigate common challenges they might face.
