What does it mean to go back to square one? In English, this expression means to start all over again, from scratch. We must be patient, progress doesn’t happen overnight, important changes may take a while to break us down and make us whole again. Have you ever had to go back to square one when things were simply not working for you? Me too. Was I scared in the beginning because of people’s criticism and disbelief? Definitely. But I kept going anyway, because I knew how much my well being depended on that.
