In this episode I talk about many things that have helped me recently on my journey. Sometimes we need to go back to the basics. I think often times we start comparing ourselves to others and think were falling behind or not reaching a certain standard. I'm here to remind you to stop comparing yourself to others. Not one journey is the same and not one lesson is the same. We're all here to experience our own journey in our own way. Don't give up! You got this.
