All of a sudden because of the various police killings and racial discrimination going on around the world, more Africans and even non-Africans have been interested in finding out about their origin and roots. Just last year - 2019, Ghana held a festival called "Year of return" to welcome African descent from all over back to Ghana and give them an orientation about their background.
In today's episode, we will be discussing the effect of Afrobeat/Afrobeat's music in this sudden interest in Africa. And we will be trying to answer the question as to maybe Afrobeat has been the great catalyst responsible for this great exodus back to Africa!
