Marazion to Penzance in west Cornwall.

I return to the place of the very first hikenpod and walk along the south west coast path in the wind with a cough.

It's a bout a 3 mile mile on the flat, with some beach cover if you are interested. You get an amazing view of St Michael's mount and St Michael's bay, with a distant vista of Lizard point.

The hike took a couple of hours and I wasn't trying, there is a video of the walk on youtube if you have time.
