What can be done to reduce the burden?

  • Communication 
  • Share responsibility within the family
  • Curb out me-time (especially important for working moms)
  • 20min exercise rule a day
  • Healthy eating to reduce stress 
  • Get into and establish a new routine to carry you through fall and winter
