Backstreet Boy Brian Littrell and his family are embroiled in a legal dispute with a sixty-seven-year-old woman, Carolyn Barrington Hill, over private property rights on Santa Rosa Beach. The Littrells have filed a lawsuit against Hill for trespassing, invasion of privacy, unauthorized recording, and stalking, causing emotional distress and damages. Hill, who has difficulty securing legal representation, has requested and been granted extensions to respond to the complaint. Her attorney has filed a motion to dismiss the complaint, arguing a lack of specificity and improperly pled claims. The Littrells lawyers are confident the issue will be resolved soon.
