Each October, the Sweet Valley Ranch in Fayetteville, NC becomes the Backwoods Terror Ranch unveiling three horrifying haunted houses right out of your nightmares - all with one common theme - the horrific experiments of Dr. Surgeon.

Step into the haunted halls of Surgeon Manor - a grand mansion with a deadly history. The souls who live here are those of the bodies used in Dr. Surgeons sadistic experiments, and now spend eternity in a void of despair. Surgeon Manor is willed with eerie echoes of its violent past, and offers a glimpse into a world of spectral surgeons and phantom patients.

After leaving the manor… IF you leave the manor… your next visit to the Slaughterhouse will most likely finish you off. Brace yourself for the bloody tour of this abandoned structure with a gory history and a chilling atmosphere that you won’t soon forget. Here in the slaughterhouse, is where Dr. Surgeon’s butchers did their best - or more likely their worst - work. If you thought slaughterhouses were just for animals, guess again. You’ll leave with the uncomfortable feeling that you just saw some creature… some person… take their last breath.

Will you escape the slaughterhouse to take another breath of fresh air in the backwoods as you make your way through the haunted trail… that winding path that you believe to be your way out seems to get darker… into the Dystopian Abyss… where lost souls lurk in the shadows preparing to inflict nightmarish wounds on all who cross the threshold. Are you brave enough to keep going or will you be bound to the backwoods forever?
