This guacamole is slightly different from what you may be accustomed to because I’m mixing and topping it with crispy bacon bits.

For my Bacon Guac and chip recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

3 avocados

1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

1 red onion, diced

1 bunch cilantro, chopped

Juice from 2 limes

1 large tomato, diced

1 finely minced seeded-jalapeno

4 slabs of Bacon
