Four years ago, right before the world stopped, Matt and Garrett spoke about the Bad Boys franchise with the returning Michael Guarnieri. After at least one of the podcasters got a surprising amount of enjoyment out of Bad Boys For Life, they were all under the impression that the franchise was done, deciding to go out on a high note.

But money talks, and Will Smith slaps. After slugging Chris Rock at the Oscar ceremony a couple years later, he found himself with a little PR problem. What better way to fix it than bringing the band back together for a fifth Bad Boys movie.
