Do you have clients who don't value you?
Finding clients who do value you, clients who energise you, means that you can keep them longer term.
You're happy to hold onto them. And you can build your business on them.
Your clients are not your enemy. You shouldn't be in conflict with them. Once you see that you and your clients are working together to build a better tomorrow for them, it can touch every part of your business:
pricing, because you're going to aim to keep clients long term
marketing, because you're naturally going to attract clients who share in your vision
sales, delivery, even how they pay you, because you will be working with people who value you.
Bad clients? The wrong leads? Look to the kind of clients that you're wanting to work with.
