I purchased an ecom store 11 months ago from a local business here in Utah County for $40,000. The owner is a young "hot shot" entrepreneur who has no clue what customer service is or how bad unhappy customers can be for your business. Instead of spending time on social media showing off your Lambo, exotic trips, $1000 tips etc etc. he ought to be tending to his business and making sure his customers are happy, especially customer who pay $40,000 for the product or service. I'm all for outsourcing the work to a third party as he has done but I'd be damn sure I stayed on top of the job they were doing and engaging with my customers to be sure they're happy. Their feedback is the most important to know if the third party is doing the job they ought to be if they're representing my business. I see a lot of lessons that this youngster is going to learn the hard way.
