Today I reflect back on a situation I didn't handle correctly with an ex girlfriend and a friendship that ended because of a way I acted. The main focus of this episode is to shine light on times when I didn't realize I had power or that there was even a power imbalance to begin with. I always look at Women and Men as equals however the simple fact that when you are a persons ride to a party that in itself is a power imbalance.
