We dive into unprogramming potentially toxic life decisions, and how it relates to the Truth and Reconciliation movement in Canada; whether healing individual personal issues is the key to healing intergenerational trauma. We examine performative activism and commodification of underground culture. We discuss whether pop music is bland consumerist bullshit, and the difficulty of creating challenging art in an increasingly fragile environment. We talk about being scumbags, and Pat suggests that maybe Not All Cops Are Bastards. We discuss whether industrial society has removed human connection and what methods we could use to could reconnect us. Pat put forward some issues with the growing sex-work acceptance movement; mainly whether pornography is healthy for creating gender and sexual norms in young people. We end on a discussion of dominance between men and women, that leaves more questions than answers. All the stuff.
