The new Quentin Tarantino movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, is coming out (and it looks pretty good from the trailer), but no doubt it will have gratuitous violence because... it's Tarantino. Whether we enjoy the film or not, isn't it weird that we (or most us) are not phased by the gruesome violence anymore? It has to be asked: Are movies and video games somewhat responsible for the violence that occurs in every day life? The same goes for the bad influence of the porn industry and how we have become desensitized to raunchy sex scenes... but if they are influencing us, where do we draw the line? In episode #39 of That Cousin Show, we try to debate and problem solve what to do about these bad influences in the entertainment industry and whether or not it's just our own morality being hypocritical.
