31st December 1999, my friend and me landed up in Goa, trying to get a piece of the action at the Psytrance parties. Little did we know that we would not reach our destination at Anjuna, though the gates were close and speakers blaring. It was a swarm of people from all over the world, trying to get in. We changed our mind and headed to Baga beach, which was more like sand replaced by people beach. LOVEd it...With lights and music everywhere, Anjuna light tower in the background, the waters were glistening, and some of the sounds still reverberate.......
