Chris Johnson was one of the early gringo surfers that colonized an area known as Costa Azul in Southern Baja. 30 years later Chris’s home and business are perched on the sand in front of a well known surf break called Zippers. His love affair with Baja began 65 years ago with family camping trips to Estero Beach and it continues today.
