Baked Tilapia with Tarragon

Singer and Songwriter Lori Jean Finnila found music through bells and beats from music that connected to her head injuries waking up her brain where injured. She changed her nutrition, adding hemp and CBD, taking out food on the shelves containing enhancers or caking agents and any other unnecessary additives as well as turned to organic whenever possible and began to heal with a now added autoimmune disease (Hashimotos), aiding her external injuries as well. She took on yoga and feels it saved her literally.
