Today, we're joined by Josue, a pastry cook originally from Fresno, but currently based out of Las Vegas, NV. Having worked at both the Bellagio and the M Resort, Josue gives us some insights into the wild world of the Vegas culinary scene and some funny stories of what has happened throughout his career. Being gay, he also was kind enough to share some of his experiences with that and has some encouraging words for all of our listeners.
