In this episode Chris and Debbie,
"Hey there! I happened to see your post on a chronic illness IG page that spotlighted MCTD. I've been searching for some sort of support group as I was diagnosed almost 3 years ago now with MCTD, Sjogrens & most recently, Raynauds. I noticed your posts about traveling, food, etc & can relate SO much. My biggest struggle has been to balance rest, work & time with family & friends. I'm a single 33-year-old woman trying to maintain my career as well as possible in order to support myself, & while I love my job, it can be such high stress at times. Do you mind if I ask how you found the balance to self-care but still maintain a social life, travel, etc? Thanks again for your openness to sharing your struggles--it's so refreshing & I'm sure has helped many! :) Blessings to you."
Listen all the way to the end for some out-takes Chris snuck in without Deb's permission. Eeeek!
