Today Captain Dave and Eddie meet Ellie Freeman. Ellie has a child studying at Dogsthorpe Infants. She begins by sharing her thoughts about the school and how she feels her child is getting on here in class. Ellie also has a very important job in the NHS. She and her team care for people with mental health issues. She tells us about her work and offers advice for those struggling with a mental health issue. 

Our second guest is Annabel Jeffcoat from 'Balance For Teachers'. She offers help for teachers struggling with work-life balance. This includes free resources.
