Ep 13: Self-care is for the mind, body, and spirit. Everyone should practice self-care, but healers especially. You don’t want to fall into the healer trap where you’re so concerned about taking care of everyone else that you forget about yourself. You can’t help anyone from an empty cup. You can’t help everyone get their oxygen masks on when you’re out of air to breathe. By practicing self-care in a nourishing, mindful way, you’re also working on healing chakra imbalances.
