A guided breath-focused meditation using coherent breathing, inhaling for about 5 secs and exhaling for about 5 secs, balancing out the breath in a gentle, relaxed way.
Although I'm breathing through my mouth to make my breath audible, I recommend inhaling or inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
But feel it out, and trust yourself :)
