They discuss how Claire started her recruitment business, her determination to have a child of her own, fertility issues, IVF and the ups and downs of solo parenting.

Whilst there is still some stigma in the workplace regarding fertility and pregnancy, Claire speaks openly about how women should be able to celebrate pregnancy and not dread telling their employer like so many do.
